Welcome to the Motivator app. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Motivator application (“App”) provided by SKYMIRROR LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is free to download and use. It provides daily motivational quotes powered by ChatGPT and other AI technologies. We also offer a paid monthly subscription that provides additional features and benefits.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
The App offers a paid monthly subscription through Apple in-app purchase. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your account, including any applicable taxes. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written permission.
You may submit content, including text and feedback, to the App (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content.

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided through the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
