Welcome to the Trustera app. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trustera application (“App”) provided by SKYMIRROR LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Trustera uses AI technology to help detect and prevent spam and fraud. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is free to download and use. It provides AI-driven analysis and recommendations to help identify potential spam and fraud. While we strive for accuracy, please note that the AI may occasionally make mistakes, and the recommendations should be considered as advisory rather than definitive.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
The App offers a paid monthly subscription through Apple in-app purchase. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your account, including any applicable taxes. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written permission.
You may submit content, including descriptions of suspicious messages or feedback, to the App (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content.

While we use advanced AI to analyze potential spam and fraud, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the recommendations provided by the App. Users should exercise their own judgment when evaluating any flagged content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
